Return Policy

1. This return policy is applicable only to products purchased from primelux.com directly.
2. You can return new and unopened items that you bought within 30 days of the purchase.
3. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
4. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
5. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Primelux error, Primelux will charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price paid.
