You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
The items must be in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Primelux error, Primelux will charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price paid.
The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges, we can offer a return for a refund as long as your item is eligible.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
