Primelux products are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty service is handled through the original purchase channel.

Purchased directly from Primelux.com? Submit your warranty claim through our online warranty form.
Please contact Primelux through the Amazon order associated with your purchase.
If your product was purchased from another retailer or distributor, please contact the original seller for warranty assistance.
Warranty Coverage
- Primelux products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.
- During the warranty period, Primelux may repair or replace a defective product at no charge, subject to the terms of this warranty.
- If the original product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Primelux may provide an equivalent replacement, issue a prorated refund, or apply the applicable credit toward another product.
- Repaired or replaced products are covered for 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
- Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Clearance items.
- Products outside the applicable warranty period.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, improper use, or neglect.
- Damage caused by lightning, flooding, earthquakes, fire, or other external events.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Consumable or expendable components, such as fuses.
- Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers, where applicable.
- Customized or ODM products covered by separate contractual warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Primelux's liability arising from the manufacture, sale, supply, or use of a product shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.
Primelux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of profits, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
